Asian markets trade higher following steady PBOC decision; U.S. futures rise

Asian stock markets traded mostly higher following , as rising Treasury yields were offset by strong tech sector momentum and steady Chinese monetary policy.U.S. equity futures edged up as investors monitored diplomatic talks between U.S. and Chinese officials in New York, with Nasdaq futures rising 0.60%, S&P 500 futures gaining 0.43%, and Dow futures adding 0.37%.In commodities and digital assets, crude oil slipped to near $98 per barrel, while spot gold traded above $4,350 per ounce. Bitcoin advanced toward $82,000, approaching multi-month highs amid renewed institutional inflows.South Korea’s KOSPI rose 1.67% to around 6,995, rallying for a second straight session amid strong global semiconductor momentum. The South Korean wonJapan's markets closed, while the  consolidated near 157 per dollar.China's rose 0.55% to 3,925, while the Shenzhen Component rose 0.80% to 13,743. The People's Bank of China at 3.0% and 3.5%, respectively, for the 16th straight month. The offshore yuan held near 6.69 per dollar.Hong Kong rose 0.45% to 24,872, led by technology and health tech stocks.India rose 0.55%.
