Cosmos Hub to Participate in Finovate Fall on September 10th

Cosmos Hub will participate in Finovate Fall on September 10th with a live demonstration of the Cosmos Tokenization Suite. The session will cover how banks can use the suite to increase revenue, retain deposits, and manage treasury operations more efficiently.Refer to the official tweet by ATOM:On September 10, Cosmos is demoing the Cosmos Tokenization Suite live at Finovate Fall. We'll talk about how banks can use it to grow revenue, retain deposits, and run treasury more efficiently.Join us at FinnovateFall. ATOM InfoCosmos is a decentralized platform designed to facilitate interoperability between blockchains. The core of this ecosystem is the Cosmos Hub, serving as the central registry for multiple specialized blockchains termed as “Zones”.Zones, tailored by developers for specific needs, are developed using the Cosmos SDK. This software development kit streamlines blockchain creation within the Cosmos environment. Its default consensus system, Tendermint Core, offers a validator-centric consensus mechanism consistent across multiple Cosmos blockchains. However, the criterion for validator selection varies by each Zone.ATOM is the primary token of the Cosmos ecosystem. For the Cosmos Hub, validators are chosen from the top ATOM stakers, and their influence is directly proportional to their staked amount. This token not only determines voting power in the consensus process but also is utilized to pay for transaction fees and engage in governance decisions. Validators, vital for network consensus, are incentivized to actively participate in proposal reviews, else they might be subjected to penalties.
