Evernorth Completes SPAC Merger With Armada Acquisition Corp. II
Evernorth, a Ripple-backed XRP treasury company, has completed its business combination with special purpose acquisition company Armada Acquisition Corp. II. According to Odaily, the merger closed on October 9, Eastern Time, and brought about 473 million XRP and $300 million in cash proceeds into the public market. The company is expected to begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN next Monday.
