IoTeX: Bunker Mode proposal adds a quantum-safe staking lock - 28 Oct 2026
IoTeX has proposed Bunker Mode in draft IIP-65, an opt-in security update for its staking buckets. The proposal uses SLH-DSA keys to guard against future quantum or AI attacks. Feedback is open ahead of a later vote.Bunker Mode would require a second key to unlock protected staking actions, including unstaking, withdrawals and transfers.
