JAN3 CEO Says Remaining 600 BTC Will Move to Liquid Alliance Wallet in Coming Days
JAN3 CEO Samson Mow said the remaining 600 BTC will be transferred to the Liquid Alliance wallet in the coming days, while network operations continue normally. According to Odaily, a 2.5 BTC test transaction was sent to the wallet, reducing the reserve shortfall to 600 BTC. Liquid Network said BTC-to-LBTC conversions were re-enabled last week as part of a phased recovery. AquaBitcoin, BULLBITCOIN and SideSwap are among the providers offering 1:1 conversions between BTC on Bitcoin and LBTC on Liquid; before the incident, these providers accounted for 99% of peg-out transaction volume.
