NEAR Staking Ratio Holds at 46% After Token Issuance Was Halved
NEAR Protocol's staking ratio has remained at 46% even after its token issuance was cut in half.Bitwise, a cryptocurrency asset manager, said on October 21 that NEAR's staking ratio stood at 46% three quarters after the token issuance reduction.About 596 million NEAR tokens are currently staked, with a market value of about $3 billion.The average staking yield was 4.87%. Staked tokens continue to account for 46% of total tokens even after the issuance cut.
