NGRAVE Issues Security Alert, Says It Faces a High-Level Cyber Threat
Crypto hardware wallet maker NGRAVE said it is facing a high-level cyber threat and issued a security alert. According to ChainCatcher, the team is monitoring the situation and taking countermeasures. NGRAVE warned users about phishing attempts via text messages, email, spoofed websites, and fake customer support, and said it would never ask users for their recovery phrase or Perfect Key. The company said private keys are stored offline on ZERO hardware devices and that phishing attempts cannot compromise them if users have not entered their recovery phrase on a phone, computer, or website. NGRAVE advised users to type its official website address manually and avoid phishing links.
