OriginTrail: OT-RFC-27 proposes a NeuroSymbolic Marketplace for TRAC-settled DKG queries and AI inference - 10 Sep 2026
OriginTrail has published OT-RFC-27, a request for comment describing a NeuroSymbolic Marketplace that would give TRAC a second on-network use. Under the proposal, TRAC would settle metered queries to the Decentralized Knowledge Graph, reasoning over that data, and node-to-node AI inference. A working prototype already demonstrates the flow, while the rewards and settlement model remains open for community discussion before any adoption decision. If the community approves the design, each paid query or inference task would route TRAC between nodes, creating recurring demand tied to actual usage of the knowledge graph rather than to staking alone. The metered settlement model would make token flow scale with how much AI work runs over the DKG.The outcome is not fixed yet. OT-RFC-27 is at discussion stage, and the rewards and settlement parameters could change before implementation, so the demand effect depends on the final model the community accepts.TRAC has had one job: paying to publish to the DKG.OT-RFC-27, the NeuroSymbolic Marketplace, proposes a second: paying to query it, reason over it, and run AI on it, node-to-node.Prototype works. Rewards: open for discussion.Chip in, comment 👇
