USD.AI: NexGen Cloud facility funding is expected alongside server delivery - Dec 2026
USD.AI expects its $106 million financing facility for NexGen Cloud to be funded in December 2026 alongside server delivery. The facility finances the deployment of 1,728 NVIDIA B300 GPUs in Finland. Under the facility's terms, 5% is retained in sUSDai.The retained share gives sUSDai a defined role in USD.AI's corporate lending structure by making the token part of the financing arrangement for NexGen Cloud's GPU hardware.Funding is expected in mid-December, timed with server delivery.5% of the facility will be retained in sUSDai.To date, USDAI has originated $531M in GPU financings across 20 deals.GLX has seen over $200M in volume since its launch in October.
