Vitalik Buterin Sees 60% Chance SNARKs, FHE, and iO Run at Under 10x Cost

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin said SNARKs, FHE, and iO each have a 60% chance of eventually running at less than 10 times the cost. According to ChainCatcher, he said SNARKs are the most likely to achieve this first, with implementation expected by the end of this century.
